Lisa Ashe

Lisa Ashe lost her battle to Cancer on February 12, 2017. She was a hero to so many animals that had found themselves in unfortunate situations. She is and will always be an inspiration to so many. Lisa was not only my rescue partner but she was an amazing wife to Denny Ashe and mother to Finley Ashe. She now rests peacefully with all of the animals that she's saved and have passed on as well. Lisa is missed dearly but her legacy will forever live on. She was a huge part of Hope Ranch Animal Sanctuary and we will never forget all of her hard work that she has put in.

​The dog in these photos, now named Lucky, was rescued from a backyard "greeder" (as I like to call them) who was only in it for the money and not her or her remaining puppies. Lucky and her puppies have all found their forever homes and will never have to go through this again. Thanks to Lisa and her husband, this family now has a second chance at life.
